CIPS re-certification is required every 3 years by application or completion of updated course work.
For re-certification, participants should submit updated information if forms have not been submitted within the last year. The background authorization form allows IFCPP to conduct a criminal history only, and will be kept strictly confidential. Criminal convictions may prevent candidates from being eligible for certification. All 3 pages must be received by mail or e-mail to to complete eligibility for certification or re-certification.
