Activity Registration for 2010 Annual Conference
All optional activities require advance registration and online payment by Visa or MasterCard. Activities are considered non-refundable upon registration.
Please scroll down to view activity options.
Select activities below by clicking on "Add to Cart" for each event in which you would like to participate. Registration quantities can be increased so that you can register companions for any and all of the scheduled activities. Your "Shopping Cart" can be viewed on the right side of the screen prior to checking out. Once you have made your selections, please click on "Show Cart" at right to complete registration. Make sure to provide your contact information by clicking on "Update Address" during check out.
