PREVENTION STARTS BEFORE AN INCIDENT

Concerning behavior often provides opportunities to intervene before it escalates.

In a recent client situation, repeated unwanted contact toward an employee eventually began spilling over into the workplace. SafeHaven's Behavioral Threat Assessment team evaluated the situation and recommended protective measures ranging from coordination with law enforcement and employee safety planning to parking escorts, schedule adjustments and increased staff awareness.

The situation ultimately stabilized without further incidents—a powerful example of why recognizing and addressing warning signs early matters.
